Constop

Absorbs most and is most durable

The Constop coating (GT-massa) on the roof sheet interior absorbs more condensation than other similar coatings. 600 g. vulcanized ash per m² can absorb 450 g. water, at the same time the coatings'adhesion is the most solid in the market.

Trapezoidal sheets and Villatak

Constop is used in both the agricultural, industrial and private building sectors. All Colorsteel trapezoidal sheets and Villatak can be coated with Constop. Corus Building Systems has it's own plant that sprays an even coating on to each sheet.

Sound absorbing and fire proof

The Constop coating absorbs sound and resonance providing a sound muffling effect even from rain and hailstones. Adhesion is water based and therefor not inflammable and totally free from poisonous gasses.

No damage due to dampness

Constop protects both the roof construction and the interior and machines within.

1. When the temperature outside drops the roof sheets are exposed to a rapid chilling.

2. The warm air inside generates condensation because the air in the room gives off moisture.

3. Constop absorbes the condensation and stores the moisture until the following day.

Fixing creates no problems

The sheets with the Constop coating are just as easy to fix as without.

The sheets have the same measurments - right up to length of 12,2 metres.
